Team Philosophy:

We provide a positive and encouraging environment for learning the fundamentals of soccer while demonstrating the individual and team concept of the game. We try to instill a work ethic and discipline to achieve success on the field as well as in life! Academics are something the Rowdies try to make sure is maintained throughout the season; we realize that there is a life outside the sport of soccer and work very hard to accommodate the players in any endeavor they wish to pursue. Not only do the kids need to have fun and feel part of a team, but they need the support from us as coaches and parents. While at games, nothing negative is to be said.  If a shot is missed it was a good shot or a great effort.  Try not to tell the girls what to do with the ball, we have coaches to do that and we don’t want them confused out on the field.  Also, if the girls get use to having someone telling what to do with the ball at all time’s, then they will not learn to be creative out on the field; let them play.
